Public Roadmap

Here’s what’s ahead.

Product Teacher was built on product management first principles, and so it only makes sense for us to be transparent with our product roadmap. We know that some PM education firms haven’t been sharing their plans for serving their customers, so it’s especially important to us to let you know where we’re going here at Product Teacher.

We serve three distinct audiences, and we’ve bucketed our initiatives into Now, Next, Later, and Done.

Students

Definition: We define “students” as anyone who is not currently employed full-time and is actively studying. We include high school students, undergrad students, and graduate students.

Investment thesis: We believe in providing students with easily-accessible, low-cost, high-impact resources to help them break into product management.

Professionals

Definition: We define professionals as any individual who is currently working for more than 30 hours per week in any capacity. We include both aspiring PMs, current PMs, and current product leaders as “professionals.”

Investment thesis: We believe in providing professionals with in-depth evergreen resources that they can use for the rest of their product careers.

Product Orgs

Definition: We define product organizations as any function that has at least one full-time product manager. We include non-profits, for-profit companies, and government entities in our definition of “product org.”

Investment thesis: We believe in providing product orgs with high-value resources that enable their teams to rise to new heights with their products, without needing to sacrifice valuable bandwidth from senior product leaders.
