Meet the Crew

  • Clement Kao

    Founder & CEO

    Clement Kao is passionate about teaching people how to excel as product managers. He’s committed to eliminating barriers to success and empowering people to discover their potential.

    As an industry veteran, Clement shipped 10 multi-million dollar products within 5 years. On top of that, he’s written multiple books and best-practice guides about product management, totaling 300+ publications over the last 6 years.

    Clement’s contributions to the profession of product management has been recognized by industry-leading organizations including Amplitude, G2, VentureBeat, Reforge, OnDeck, Scale, Mixpanel, Gainsight, Coda, Appcues, and Mind the Product.

    He has also served as a guest lecturer at prestigious campuses such as Harvard, UPenn Wharton, UChicago Booth, UC Berkeley Haas, Stanford GSB, IIM Visakhapatnam, and IIT Guwahati.

    Clement was previously co-founder of Product Manager HQ, which has since been rebranded to Product HQ.

    Sophie is passionate about helping others explore and transition into their ideal careers. She is a strong work/life balance advocate, and she’s spent the last decade working with executives in the technology field to optimize their business through software.

    Sophie enjoys creating actionable paths through complex problems, assembling diverse teams to conquer a mission, and connecting individuals to amplify their skill sets.
